only charging for work required and completed. Compliance testing and surveys can be an expensive process so if your product does not pass or there is a problem in continuing a site survey or investigation we will halt further work until instructed otherwise and only invoice for the time spent.

providing assistance, if you require it, to get your product to pass or to provide advice in respect of a site survey or investigation. Professionally qualified staff are there to help.

achieving quality test results. If not we will repeat any work at our cost.

producing quality test reports. If not we will fix the report at our cost.
