RFI Industries is a wholly owned Australian company established in Bayswater, Victoria, in 1976.
In 1985, RFI Industries established the first commercial EMI/EMC test facility in Australia. Since then the company has provided consultation, training and testing services to assist commercial manufacturers in meeting civil and military EMI/EMC standards.
Testing is carried out in the company's RF Shielded Laboratory Complex (which includes an anechoic test facility large enough to test motor vehicles) in Bayswater, as well as at an "all weather" Open Area Test Site (OATS) at Tooborac, approximately 100km north of Melbourne. Site surveys at customer's venues are also carried out.
RFI Industries, as well as manufacturing RF shielded enclosures and providing EMI/EMC testing and consultative services, also supplies a wide range of EMI/EMC test equipment and components including EMI filters, gaskets, conductive caulks and laminates, ferrites and microwave absorbers. RFI Industries has close ties with a number of international EMI/EMC specialists and suppliers. RFI Industries Limited is a "one stop EMI/EMC shop"
